As stated in our vision we want to be as transparent as possible. Especially when it comes to your data, the tracking concept, usage and with which tools we are working. We are not making any compromises here - promised. ‍ The following page lists our tracking concept, including the parameters we track, so that you know what we are doing with your data and why. The details

For our tracking, we use Matomo, a data-security and privacy focused open source service which is hosted on our own server. This ensures, that only we have the ownership of the collected and saved data.

App Parameter

Matomo Parameter

We track the following basic parameters to understand the interaction with our website, the app and the pages that are used. Besides these parameters, we collect statistical information - most importantly, all these are anonymized. See all the details below:

User IP address (anonymized via 2-bytes-masked)
Date and time of the tracking request
Title of the page being viewed (Page Title)
URL of the page being viewed (Page URL)
URL of the page that was viewed prior to the current page (Referrer URL)
Screen resolution being used
Time in local user’s timezone
Links to an outside domain that were clicked
Page generation time (Page speed)
Location of the user (country, region, city, approximate latitude and longitude)
Main Language of the browser (Accept-Language header)
User Agent of the browser being used (User-Agent header)
Random unique Visitor ID
Time of the first visit for this user
Time of the previous visit for this user
Number of visits for this user
